New Directions Counselling, Leighton Buzzard is here to offer affordable, one-to-one counselling to people in and around Leighton Buzzard. We are open to everyone aged 18 and above, and extend a warm welcome to all, no matter what your background or beliefs. Both an online/telephone service and a face-to-face one are available.

The goal is to help you understand what’s important to you, to show understanding and empathy, and to work at your pace. Counselling offers supportive and sometimes challenging ways for people to deal with emotional issues, which vary greatly from person to person.
